Application Fee: $60 per resident

Administration Fee: $400

Deposit: $500 or equivalent to one month or more of market rent

Renter's Insurance

Renter's insurance is required for all applicants prior to moving in. If an applicant does not provide proof of renter's insurance prior to move in, they will be automatically enrolled in the property's Resident Shield Master Policy.

Resident Shield Master Policy: $40/month

Utilities

All utilities are the resident's responsibility. Costs are variable based on usage and/or billback.
