Shoreview Phase III: Aloma Announces Prelease Waiting List Ahead of Expected Demand

Greco and Eagle Ridge Partners are pleased to announce the opening of a prelease waiting list for the new Aloma luxury multi-family residential project in Shoreview. The announcement follows the record-breaking lease-ups of neighboring Greco and Eagle Ridge Partners development’s Loden SV in 2018 and Emrik SV in 2021.  

“We anticipate Aloma, our third and final multi-family property in the development, will surpass the lease-up records set by Loden SV and Emrik SV, which at the time were among the first new luxury multi-family developments in Shoreview,” said Shannon Van Gemert, managing director and principal at Eagle Ridge Partners. “Aloma sets the bar even higher with enhanced penthouse finishes and design that reflects an emerging trend to deliver broader unit functionality.”

Aloma will offer 201 units opening in December of 2024. The resort-style amenities include a year-round golf simulator, outdoor pool, spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop cocktail lounge, outdoor viewing deck, and seasonal curling rink. The unit mix includes studio/alcoves, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and penthouse units. Aloma marks the third and final phase of the multi-year redevelopment of the 39-acre Shoreview Corporate Center and former Deluxe Check headquarters. Once complete, Eagle Ridge Partners and Greco will have developed 600 multifamily units on the redeveloped site. Two office buildings were also renovated as part of the project including The Lex, (4100 Lexington Ave. North) and the Hill-Rom office (1020 Country Road F West) – both fully leased.
